Dishonest host, cheating on guests, I was left without accommodation, had to sleep in the car Positive: The apartment itself is acceptable. However, any advantages are entirely overshadowed by the host’s unprofessional behavior, dishonest conduct and extremely poor level of customer service. This significantly impacted the overall experience in a negative way. Negative: The host failed to leave the entrance door key in the key box, so I couldn’t check in to the apartment on the first night of my stay and had to spend the entire night in the car. This is absolutely unacceptable situation! Host refused to take any accountability and rejected my claim for first night cost refund. After my departure, they additionally falsely claimed I lost entrance door key, which I never received, and demanded 100 CHF fee. This is dishonest behavior and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. Clearly agency has a serious issues with key management. Also puts deliberate effort to shift blame on the customer and impose unjustified charges on guests. I strongly advise against booking this apartment, high risk of fraud.

Positive: Rien à dire, endroit sympa, calme,proche de tout, organisation d entrer et sortie au top. Système de traitement des dechets parfait. Toute les choses mises à disposition dans le studio,genial Negative: Chien 🐶 autoriser dans le logement, mais pas sur la pelouse,a voir une solution pour pouvoir le prendre avec nous autour de piscine.. Sinon rien à redire...

If you are lookingfor Quite and cozy.. it is a great choice Positive: Quite/ Close to center, park, lake , market and restaurants Even laundry, Salon, bus stops It is so cozy that the big reason Y i choas it! Negative: The bed was great and comfortable but the couch is not! They should add lazy couch if so. At least to make it more comfortable!

Séjour très agréable Positive: Studio très bien situé et joliment rénové.Casier à skis. Hôte réactif et à l’écoute. Negative: Manque de verres. Pas de bols.
